This year Los Naranjos celebrates it´s 30th Anniversary. A considerable age for a golf course on the Costa del Sol. During these three decades the course has established itself as one of the top courses in Spain as well as one of the most popular.

“I have belonged to many excellent golf clubs before, but Los Naranjos has always been the club of my heart. It is unique and special in the way they make you feel at home, always extending a friendly welcome to each and everyone. This is one of the secrets behind the success of Los Naranjos, and why it is so popular among European golfers.
When I and my three business partners were offered the chance to take over in 2007, we at once saw the potential to establish Los Naranjos as one of Europe’s leading golf clubs. Many of the refurbishments which are required to reach this objective are already well under way.
Quality standards are being improved in all areas. The greens have been re-designed and extensions have been added to the clubhouse which has also been renovated as part of our plans for the future. During 2008, a new range and practice area will be opened, and further extensions will also be made to the course.
I and my fellow owners have been members of the club for many years (my own membership is almost 20 years). This explains why we feel it is very important for us to be able to retain the club’s original and natural atmosphere, which makes it so unique and popular. We also want to offer this wonderful experience and facilities to new select groups of people who are able to appreciate them, and so we will open the club for new memberships during a limited period of time.”
