Los Naranjos Golf Club has recently won the Silver Flag at the ninth annual 59 Club Awards, setting a new milestone for this prestigious golf club in Marbella!

The Silver Flag is an award in recognition of the tremendous work of Los Naranjos GC staff in relation to the impeccable and personalised service offered to its members as well as to all golfers who visit the golf club, making this the key to their success.

59 Club was established in 2007 and has become now officially the leading company in “mystery shopping” for golf resorts.

The main objective of 59 Club is to provide golf courses with a valuable management tool to measure and improve golf service standards. Therefore, with the desire to exceed and become the leading golf course in the Costa del Sol, Los Naranjos GC has made an internal reform changing its approach to service their members and clients in order to provide a differentiating effect among its competitors thus becoming the leading golf course in Europe, proof of that is the recent Silver Flag award.

Los Naranjos GC, in addition to using 59 Club to assess the satisfaction level of all golfers including their members who come to play the course, also uses it to understand and improve the club level in terms of service to be compared with the most prestigious golf courses in the world.

The ninth annual 59 Club awards ceremony was recently held this year at the famous St. Andrews Old Course Hotel, where Los Naranjos GC was awarded with the Silver Flag in presence of world-renowned golf courses, such as Celtic Manor Resort, The Grove, Gleneagles, The Scandinavian and Trump International Dubai… just to name a few.
